Houston's matcha scene has moved from weekend pop-ups to permanent counters, with dedicated matcha bars in Montrose and the Heights and a dense cluster of matcha dessert and Vietnamese-style cafes along Bellaire Boulevard in Chinatown. This list covers central Houston along with Katy, Sugar Land and the Clear Lake area.
